Shipping Policy

*Carolina Remedies is committed to providing reliable shipping for all THCa and delta 8 products. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your products arrive safely and in a timely manner. We *prioritize secure packaging to maintain the quality of our products throughout the shipping process. All orders meet standards legal by the USDA under 7 CFR Part 990 pertaining to hemp production, processing, distribution, and sales.

*We also retains records establishing compliance with such laws and plans, including laboratory test results, licenses, or compliance reports, for no less than 3 years after the date of mailing. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we strive to offer the most competitive rates to our customers.
*At Carolina Remedies, we take pride in our customer-focused approach to shipping. We believe in building trust and loyalty by delivering exceptional service at every step.

All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Raleigh, NC. When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. We work Monday-Friday every week, with exceptions on some holidays. We will post any delays or exceptions on the announcement tab of our site! Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-5 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days. 

We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box. 

  • If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by USPS from our warehouse the same day or next.  Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.

  • Please have patience with us as we are a small business and doing the best we can to get everything packed properly and shipped out to you. Once we hand off your package to USPS we cannot control their shipping speed and if you have concerns about the package, you can contact USPS support for troubleshooting a package in transit.

  • Please note that USPS does not guarantee shipping speeds. If your order is time sensitive, express shipping can be faster, but the speeds are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are also non-refundable due to delays on the part of the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Carolina Remedies understands the importance of customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your THCa or delta 8 purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your confidence in shopping with us. Feel free to reach out to us with any issues that come to your attenention and we will do what we can to remedy the situation! All exchanges are looked at on a case by case basis. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@carolinaremedies.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale or bulk items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the new item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you out an equal value item of your choice or credit you the cost difference.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

Please be sure to monitor your bank account or card.

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
